page Will I feel the crystals inside the pillow?

Nope. The crystals are milled into an ultra-fine mixture and evenly infused throughout the foam, so this cooling pillow feels soft and plush, similar to memory foam. There’s no grit, rough texture, or loose material shifting beneath your head. Because the crystals are blended throughout the foam rather than applied as a surface coating, they stay evenly distributed night after night.

Yes. This adjustable cooling pillow can go from 6” down to 4”. It arrives at its full height with four foam layers inside. Keep the foam out of the washer and dryer, since water saturation and high heat can damage its structure and prevent it from bouncing back.
